The SmartCampus platform will use a multi-modal, micro-service strategy for global distributed decentralized platform federation, allowing teachers and learners anywhere to take advantage of educational opportunities, materials, assessments, learning outcome and skill pathways defined across the entire internet of educational offerings.

Federated interoperability between SC instances through linked data based on DXtera Institute’s CampusAPI. The SC network enables a global online corpus of educational content and activities.

Information synchronization through distributed messaging and distributed ledger technologies. SC enabled tools and services will be able to join into distributed and decentralized teaching and learning networks as desired.
